v day baby.

Hubby and I spent the weekend in SLC. We visited the Planetarium, went out to dinner, went swimming at our hotel, and bought the movie Tay has been DYING to see for months on our hotel TV and watched it in bed. So lovely. Tay started his new hours at work TODAY, which means he works from 2pm-1am. I get home from work between 5-7 every night, go to bed at 10:30, and get up at 6. What's the point you say? We will not being seeing much of each other for a few months. Sad day.

I just have to say as a follow up to my teaching post 4 months ago, I LOVE teaching these kids. I don't know if I LOVE teaching itself, it is very exhausting and stressful. But I can say that I LOVE my class. People always say your first class holds a special place in your heart and I think that rings true for me. My kids are truly wonderful. They are very appreciative of my over the top lessons and I think my OCD tendencies in the classroom have rubbed off on them. On this day of LOVE I am grateful for my cuties.

And finally, I came home from work to these beauties from my lover. He is so darling.
