(I apologize for the sadly posed pictures with weird shadows...)
Tay and I have lots to learn in the next few years but we are off to a good start! My cute little future dentist had his first day of orientation today! The whole drive to UofI campus we kept saying how surreal it felt that we are actually living this part of of lives and our plans. So exciting!
I also started at Frog Hollow Kid Campus this morning which was very exciting. I'll be honest, I am missing Mountain Trails, 1st grade, my kids, and most of all, my Carrie. BUT, I am looking forward to teaching my little preschoolers. The current facility is being added onto and my classroom is in the extension! The sad thing is (well, kind of) that it won't be finished till mid September. SO, for now I get to observe (which is great because this setting is so new to me) and P.L.A.N. Lucky me, it's my favorite part. Anyway, don't worry too much cause I'm sure photo's will be coming soon of whatever I come up with for my new classroom, should be fun. Stay tuned.
Here's to new experiences and learning opportunities! Cheers.
We miss Mountain Trails too! But we are always put in places that we are needed most! Taylor misses you dearly and loves reading your blog! Good luck on your new adventures! You both will do amazing things!
