weekend of fun.

So Friday night I got my ID checked for the first time in my life. So memorable. We went to a dental social thing downtown @ a bar. There's a first for everything right?

On the contrary, we spent most of Saturday @ the Nauvoo temple! Our friends, Brittany and Daniel, have a van, SO... we happily piled 3 couples in and drove the scenic route to the beautiful city of Nauvoo together. I did baptisms there years ago with the Westview neighborhood crew, but had yet to return endowed. It was so wonderful! Afterwards we got some lunch and FUDGE, of course.

ALSO, this girl came by to see me! Abby taught with me last year @ Mtn. Trails and then ended up moving to Nauvoo with her husband and daughters this summer. I texted her when we were on our way down and she was able to stop by the bakery where we ate lunch and say hi. We are hoping to get together much more.

Such a small world.
