I threw Tay a little GOLF birthday part since that has been his hobby as of late. My sister-in-law and I combined our efforts (she's talented, i'm learning) to make him a lovely cake. It include a green, golf ball, and argyle. awesome.

I found this amazing wrapping paper at the Container Store in Minneapolis and fell in love. It perfectly concealed all of Taylor's exciting (and practical) gifts. I copied a bunch of his childhood/growing up pictures to make the 2 & 7 on our wall (my apologies if you can't read it). The giant envelope is full of thoughtful letters and notes from friends and family. Thanks to all who participated!


The party was a success. Lots of friends joined us to celebrate, and Taylor is one year older. I'm next! 24 is seeming very old these days.
