So I'm trying something new.... I think? I am going to commit to running 10 miles a week. Whether I run twice for 5 miles or five times for 2 miles I don't care, I just want to run a solid 10 miles a week. I am thinking about posting my runs here so I have some accountability... but I am struggling to officially commit to that. Ha, I guess that's the reason that I should do it. So, here it goes! Today I ran 3.0 miles. A pretty good start I think.
