mommy.

What a great day to celebrate. I am so glad that the world has a day dedicated to Motherhood. I can't imagine anything better to celebrate. I have so many wonderful motherly examples in my life. Most importantly, my Mommy. She is the best mom. Here are my favorite things about my Mommy:
* her laugh. it's super contagious
* her cooking. she is so talented and cooks for an army on a daily basis
* her service. she does so much for other people and I am the lucky benefactor of her goodness
* her finding skills. she has innate gps i swear. this week she found my lost passport
* her love of the gospel. my mom is so strong and always dedicated to her callings in the church
* her dedication to family. enough said
* her style. she is the cutest
* her artistic ability. she is so talented with photography, flower arranging, bow tying, and simple creative things
* her love of being a grandma. she dedicates her life to her grandkids and I can't wait for my kids to have a relationship with her
* Her service to my dad. she has shown me how to be a wonderful wife through serving and loving your husband

My sweet sisters are also great examples of great mothers. I have loved being close to them all these years and watching them develop into the mothers they are today. I love them and their children.

I also feel so grateful for my mother-in-law. She is the perfect mother-in-law and I cherish the relationship that I have with her. She spoils me and cares for me and raised the man I married and adore. I have learned so much from her and will continue to, especially when I move to Iowa!
